The National Institute of Health found that adults who spend the most time seated have a 50 percent higher mortality rate. This is a current epidemic! Our jobs and lifestyles are so sedentary it is more important now than ever before to get active.

The answer? Get busy living or get busy dying. That may sound harsh, however, the reality is that reducing your chronic inactivity each day is absolutely vital for your health and wellbeing.
