Advice for Dads Who Want to Lose Weight. From a Dad.

As a new dad, it became harder to maintain my desired body weight. Due to the demands of parenthood and the unpredictable nature of how a day of eating and exercising (or not) can look, I set out to find a time efficient weight loss approach that supports dads to experience increased energy and vitality whilst also allowing for more time to be with and contribute to their family.

Intermittent fasting is ideal for new dads with busy careers, demanding family commitments and those who are time poor and lacking in energy.
